Delivery
What differentiates us from our competitors is that we offer a free delivery service for convenience stores only, under certain conditions. You can see below the general conditions of our delivery service as well as the areas we cover:
General conditions:
- Delivery fee applied to restaurants
- Fee of 8.99$ plus tax applied for any order under the minimum area requirement. (SEE TABLE BELOW)
- Deliveries are scheduled for the next day. However, it can take up to 2 or 3 days in some area.

Please note that we do not deliver any order under 300.00$ before taxes. However, our warehouse is open from 7am to 3pm if you wish to pick up.

1. Can orders be delivered in my store/home basement?
For safety reasons, all deliveries must be done in a safe location/environment to ensure safety amongst all our drivers and helpers
Refund Policy
For sanitary purposes, we do not accept any returns, unless the product/item that was initially purchased is damaged/defective. In this case, a credit or an exchange can be conducted.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Return and exchange policy
If any item is found to be defective or damaged, returns/credits can be done on that day of delivery.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be done 24 hrs before delivery. Once products are shipped, we cannot accept the cancellation order. Further investigation will need to be done with one of our agents to arrange an appropriate solution.
Terms and conditions
Aida distribution is affiliated with Flexible packaging solutions and all operations are done at Aida distribution.
Privacy: By using this website, you are in full acceptance of the information provided to you.
Order and delivery: All orders must be placed a day before expected delivery. Orders can be placed via phone at 514-631-8887 or at 514-469-3300 between 8 am to 5pm. Orders can also be submitted via e-mail to aida_distribution@live.com.
Product availability: During the order placement, one of our customer service agents will let you know should there be any back orders or discontinued items.
Product pricing: All prices might vary weekly or monthly depending on market/currency. A monthly flyer will also be available.
Delivery: Our employees are to deliver products to our customers in a reasonable time frame and in a respectable manner. They will not by all means do any arrangements or placements during the delivery. Their main goal is to drop-off the order.
